We asked beauty blogger Terry to pick her top five favourite mascaras, those she’s been testing for a while and she is happy with them. Is there your favourite mascara among these?
This Avon mascara is the perfect choice for those who prefer a more subtle look. This mascara emphasises and lengthens your eyelashes beautifully, but it is not that dramatic. I’d describe it as a softer more natural effect.
This has to be the best-smelling mascara I’ve ever come across. It has moisturising cucumber extract that nourishes your lashes. Wonder’Full Wake Me Up mascara emphasises your lashes nicely but not too dramatically, so it can be used even for the more natural makeup look.
If you’re after a mascara that emphasises your eyelashes and brushes through them nicely as well, then this is the one for you. The Volume Million Lashes brush goes right through from root to tip, separating each lash and emphasising them perfectly.
This mascara is perfect for everyone wanting to add daring volume to the lashes. It really emphasises and thickens your lashes without clumping. The Mark mascara brush is bigger than the usual one, so I would not recommend wearing it on short eyelashes.
Curved For me, this is the queen of mascaras. My lashes are long but quite straight, so I’ve always had to use eyelash curlers. This minor miracle, however, gives me beautiful, long-lasting curled lashes with plenty of volume. After several weeks my lashes actually began to curl naturally. The brush is big but not too big, so it is perfect for those with shorter straight lashes as well.
