Composition of the fragrance
One of the main notes of this Eau de Toilette is Sicilian cedar whose aroma permeates the whole composition. In the opening, it’s accompanied by sparkling notes of apple and tender bellflower. The heart of the fragrance reveals a bouquet made of decadent jasmine and delicate white rose, livened up by the freshness of bamboo. Notes of aromatic lemon tree wood in the drydown combine with animalistic musk and a sensual amber accord.
Story of the fragrance
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue will overwhelm you with its energy and sensuality. This lively, nicely fresh and subdued fragrance hides the true essence of a sunny summer day in the Mediterranean. However, even far from the sea you can still feel like walking along the shore in the south of Italy. Along with its masculine counterpart, this sparkling Eau de Toilette tells the story of a man and a woman.
Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau de Toilette has earned many accolades. During its exhibition in the Metropolitan Museum in New York, it was actually awarded the title of one of the most ground-breaking fragrances of this century.
