It lightens blonde hair by up to 4.5 tones whilst eliminating any unwanted reflects to keep your hair looking cool-toned at all times.

How to apply:
mix the hair dye with the L’Oréal Professionnel Cream Oxydant 30 vol. (9%) or 40 vol. (12%), depending on the desired lightening effect. (The developer is not included.) Only use on hair that has not been bleached before. In the case of coloured hair, only apply to grown-out roots.
