The best way to describe this fragrance is like tucking your nose in to a box of Turkish Delight, which has been sprinkled with rose water. There is a woodiness in the base which to my senses reminds me an old bookshelf, but the rose water sprinkled Turkish Delight smell is the main player throughout the life of the scent.
It’s a decent enough fragrance, but nothing ground breaking. If you are looking for a much better rose based fragrance then you may want to look at something like Mancera’s Roses Greedy, Roses Vanille or Amouage’s Lyric Man.
This fragrance is perfectly unisex, a moderate projector but it has pretty decent longevity. 6 or 7 sprays around the usual pulse points should yield around 6 hours of longevity on the skin with noticeable projection for the first couple of hours. It will last longer if you spray on clothes.
Perfectly acceptable for office and everyday casual wear. Can be worn year round, but I don’t think it will work in very cold conditions. James23 November 2020Was this review helpful?|
