How to use:
The Snuggs Period Underwear Brazilian Light Tencel™ Lyocell Beige underwear can be used in place of a tampon or menstrual cup, or as additional protection. They can be worn for 8-12 hours at a time.

After use, rinse in cold water. You can then wash at 40°C (without fabric softener) with the rest of your washing.
