How to apply:
Apply a decent amount of the Saloos Neutral makeup remover oil to a cotton pad moistened with Saloos Flower Water. You can also apply the oil directly to wet skin. The water and oil together form a gentle emulsion that cleanses the skin perfectly. Use in the morning and/or evening.
