How to use:
Are you ready for dramatic eyelashes with the help of Clinique? One coat of High Impact™ mascara is all you need. Place the brush at the roots and gently comb through to the tips. Repeat the application for a more distinctive look. Allow the mascara to dry before applying the second coat to prevent clumping. Use the brush in a vertical position on the lower eyelashes.
