When it comes to gifts, it's not only about what's inside, but also about the first impression it makes. We understand, though, that wrapping gifts can sometimes be pretty stressful, so keep your scissors and tape in the drawer. We'll take care of it for you.

What might you want to know?

1. Tick the box Gift Wrapping in your basket.
2. Choose one of the offered combinations of box and ribbon colours.
3. Choose products which you want to have wrapped in your basket.
4. If you want to add a gift card with a message to your package, just tick this option and type a short message.
5. If you want to have several gift packages in one order, just click Add another package and choose what we should wrap again.
If you have more packages with the same colour combination in one order, we'll mark the boxes so that you don't confuse them.
Gift Wrapping one package is £5.30.
We are able to wrap most products in our offer. Those that don't happen to be suitable for the gift box will be marked grey in the preview, and it won't be possible to select them for Gift Wrapping. These pieces will arrive together in one order but not in a gift box.
Yes, of course. Just fill in the recipient's address as the delivery address at the end of the order. Then fill in your address as the invoicing address.
Don't forget that you can have the order sent to one address only. If you want to surprise more of your loved ones with a gift, you'll need to create a new order for each one.
We pack 3 products at most into one box. In one order we're able to deliver 4 gift boxes maximum.
No it doesn't. What you don't select for Gift Wrapping will stay unwrapped.
We pay attention to every detail, therefore the delivery may be delayed by 1–2 working days.
No need to worry about that. We always put it inside a standard delivery box too so that the gift arrives undamaged and free of smudges.
If a product in the Gift Wrapping isn't the right fit, it can be returned separately.
Gift Wrapping is performed by one of our teams which can wrap only a limited number of packages every day. If the service is at full capacity, please check back the next day to see if it’s available again.
Don't worry, the recipient won't see anything they shouldn't. If the gift is delivered directly by the carrier, you'll find the invoice in your inbox. We only enclose it with the order in the case of personal pick-up at our shops.
