How to apply:
To prepare a relaxing bath, pour half a cup (about 1 dcl) of Allnature Epsomská sůl Chamomile bath salts into a tub of warm water for every 25-30 kg of your weight. Maximum detoxifying effects and absorption of minerals from the water can be best achieved if you set aside at least forty minutes for a bath. You can also use the salt for whole-body exfoliation. Not suitable for internal use.
