Extend the wear and flawless finish of your make-up to the maximum. The Artdeco Fixing Powder sets primer, foundation, concealer and even lipstick perfectly, making them more durable.
Characteristics:
- seals make-up effectively and makes it waterproof
- adds a matt finish to the skin, leaving it velvety smooth
- doesn’t create an uneven texture on the skin or highlight dry patches
- is versatile and very finely milled
How to apply:
For extra-strong fixation, apply a thicker layer of powder over foundation or concealer. After five to ten minutes brush away the excess powder carefully using a brush or sponge. For normal fixation or when used over lipstick, apply only a small amount of powder.
