Tutorial: Let’s create a quick and dazzling makeup for New Year’s Eve

The end of 2022 is near. Can’t believe it? Time really does fly – but at least you can look forward to the best party of the season. Just dim the lights and add some more highlighter. Here’s how you create a stunning New Year’s Eve look! 

How to create a dazzling New Year’s Eve look?
