How to apply:
Dip the tip of the Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Eyeliner brush into the Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner and use a tissue to wipe off any excess product. Then use short strokes to create an even line along the lash line, working from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Apply the eyeliner as quickly as possible.
