Bottega Veneta

The Italian brand Bottega Veneta was founded in 1966 and is especially famous for its luxury products from hand-braided leather (using the world-renowned ‘intrecciato’ technique). It also entered the perfume market 48 years later. Currently, it also offers shower gels, body lotions, and other cosmetic products.

Bottega Veneta prides itself on the fact that it works with leading experts in their fields on the development of its products, for instance the successful French perfumer Michel Almairac from Robertet or the Italian visionary and CEO of Coty Prestige, Michele Scannavini.

It is interesting that their first men’s fragrance, Bottega Veneta Pour Homme, was designed by Tomas Maier himself – the talented German designer who joined Bottega Veneta some time ago in the post of artistic director and within a relatively short time managed to increase turnover by around 1400%.

Bottega Veneta cosmetics contain premium natural ingredients from all over the world – bergamot from Italy, jasmine flowers from India, patchouli from Indonesia, pink pepper from Brazil, and so on. The elegant perfume bottles are also worth noting. To illustrate, the bottle from the Bottega Veneta Eau de Toilette for women uses Venetian Murano glass (limited edition), decorated with a stylish metal cap and a leather strip (the company symbol).

Bottega Veneta is sure to appeal to anyone who appreciates uniqueness, who wants to try the scent of one of the most famous producers of leather accessories, and who identifies with the statement ‘appearances sell’.
