Ingredients:

How to apply:
Swivel up slightly to expose the tip (the pencil does not pull out completely so that it does not dry out) and line your eyes. Use the other end of the pencil to smudge the line or create a smoky effect. Can be used alone or over eyeshadow. Allow to set for a minute to ensure transfer-resistance.
