Composition of the fragrance:
Leather and bergamot open the scent with a contrast of supple smoothness and bright freshness. At the heart, geranium and carnation bring an aromatic, lightly spicy tone, enriched by the smoky depth of oud and the earthy character of patchouli. The base settles into rich vetiver, woody notes and warm amber, giving the composition a lingering impression that feels dark, textured and elegant.
The story of the fragrance:
Floris Leather Oud Eau de Parfum draws its inspiration from the leather cases in which fragrance oils were once delivered to the Floris family, their scent subtly transferring to the essences inside. That idea of leather meeting precious oils shaped the character of the fragrance. It was created as part of a duo in the Private Collection, paired with Floris Honey Oud Eau de Parfum.
