How to apply:
Apply a generous amount of the GUAM mud to the affected body parts (thighs, buttocks) and massage gently. Wrap the skin in clingfilm and leave on for 45 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water. Burning, tingling or pinching sensations are normal.
