How to apply:
Click Hourglass 1.5MM™ Mechanical Gel Liner six times to get enough formula to line your eyes. Only dispense the amount you need – the pencil is not retractable. Replace the cap after each use to prevent the product from drying. Remove with waterproof makeup remover.
