Composition of the fragrance:
The opening reveals juicy tangerine, mysterious incense and a hint of spicy pink pepper, soon followed by the unmistakable aroma of iris root and fig tree. The base notes, which become most prominent in the last phase of the composition, belong to cedar wood, focused especially on leather and with a touch of green notes. They give the fragrance its warmth, masculinity and long-lasting strength.
Story of the fragrance:
The idea behind the BOSS Bottled fragrance is “being in the right place at the right time, when the planets are fully aligned”. That’s when it’s ideal to take a step forward and “become your own boss”. An event that resembles such a situation happens twice a year during the solstice in the streets of Manhattan, New York. It’s known as Manhattanhenge and is very closely linked with this fragrance.
