How to apply:
The easiest way to apply the Inglot AMC eyeliner is by using the Inglot 23T, 30T, 31T or 42T brushes. Choose your brush according to the desired effect. Mix a small amount of the gel eyeliner with the Inglot Duraline pigment primer and use one gentle stroke to draw a line along your lash line.
