At the core of LANCER's skincare collection lies the Lancer Method: polish, cleanse, and nourish. This consists of three simple steps — exfoliation, cleansing, and moisturising — and is the initial recommendation for all new patients. This method reverses the skin’s decline by encouraging cell turnover and collagen regeneration. The result is a faster skin renewal process, leading to visibly younger and more radiant-looking skin.

When Dr. Lancer was just 7 years old, he accidentally plunged into a vat of nearly boiling water, resulting in burns covering over 10% of his body. During his recovery, Dr. Lancer developed a deep fascination with the healing and regeneration process of the skin. He spent hours experimenting and eventually became a doctor in dermatology.
