How to use: 
Follow the instructions provided. 

Cold gel compresses help relieve the pain and swelling of engorged breasts. Hot gel compresses relieve clogged ducts and mastitis. Hot gel compresses can also be used with a breast pump to encourage milk expressing to reduce the time spent pumping.

Do not overheat. The maximum heating time is: 700 W – 16 sec., 1000 W – 13 sec., 1250 W – 11 sec.. Further heating is possible in 5 sec.
