About the brand L’Occitane

Fragrant beauty products containing high-quality natural ingredients from sunny Provence – that’s the French brand L’Occitane. Choose skin, body and hair care products for men and women, or even an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette from the brand’s wide portfolio.

The story of L’Occitane began in 1976. That’s when its founder Olivier Baussan began distilling rosemary essential oil and selling it at markets in his beloved Provence. L’Occitane products boast essential oils and natural ingredients, the precise proportions of which are fine-tuned according to the principles of phytotherapy and aromatherapy.

The brand is committed to sourcing high-quality, sustainable ingredients, and as it puts nature and people first, it prides itself on getting its ingredients from local growers – from the immortelle fields of Corsica to the lavender fields of Provence. Experience the best of nature and the distinctive character of Provence.

Among its most loved body care ranges are the Karité Confort and Amande Sublime collections. The Karité Confort line is built around a high concentration of shea butter, known for its deeply nourishing and protective properties. Designed for dry to very dry and sensitive skin, it helps restore comfort, reinforce the skin barrier and protect against external stress, leaving skin soft and supple. The L’Occitane Karité Confort Hand Cream instantly transforms dry and rough hands into soft velvet, while the L’Occitane Karité Confort Ultra Rich Body Cream delivers intensive nourishment and long-lasting comfort.

The Amande Sublime collection, meanwhile, draws on almond oil and milk sourced from the Mediterranean. Its silky textures help smooth and firm the skin, refine its appearance and support a more toned, supple feel. Skin is left soft, radiant and delicately scented, turning everyday care into a sensorial ritual inspired by Provence.
