L’Oréal Paris Préférence Le Blonding Toner, an acidic toner neutralising brass tones, will help you achieve a beautiful cold blond hair tone. Its highly effective ammonia-free technology neutralises basic pH of the hair caused by chemical colour removal. You will enjoy the colour you expected to achieve for up to 4 weeks. The toner will also nourish your hair and make it silky smooth.
