Apply primer to the eyelid to make gel eyeliner last longer.
In your mind, divide your eye into 3 parts: the inner one from the corner, the middle part of the eyelid, and the outer part with the point, aka the tail.
From the centre of the eye draw a line to the outer corner. Ideally with a single stroke.
Then draw the part of the inner corner to the middle, where you started the line. The tip of an angled brush is perfect for this.
Finally, draw the outer tip, the “tail”.
Gel eyeliner is of course also good for highlighting the lower lid. If you lightly smudge the line with the brush immediately after drawing it, you’ll achieve a natural effect.
