How to use:
Gently buff nail surface with a file, clean and apply a very thin layer of NEONAIL Pre-Base Quick Off to the centre of the nail – leave to dry for approximately 2 minutes. Then proceed with standard application of hybrid base, coloured gel polish and top coat, which you cure in an LED/UV lamp. Thanks to this base, subsequent manicure removal will be faster and gentler.
