How to apply:
Apply the dye to eyelashes and eyebrows and leave on for 2 minutes. Wipe off with a dry cotton pad and apply the RefectoCil Sensitive activating gel (not included).

We recommend using silicone pads or protective paper sheets during the application of the RefectoCil cream.
