The brand was founded by fashion designer and visionary Manfred Thierry Mugler whose stellar career started in 1973 with the “Café de Paris” line of women’s dresses. At the time nobody could have anticipated what was to come when Thierry Mugler decided to enter the world of fragrance.
The first Thierry Mugler perfume, titled Thierry Mugler Angel, was introduced in 1992 and its sweet chocolatey notes caused a true revolution. After the success of the iconic Mugler Angel came another bestseller – the warm oriental Mugler Alien.
