How to apply:
Apply the Cloud Pout Marshmallow Lip Mousse from the centre of the upper lip towards the outer corners. Repeat the same technique on the lower lip. For a softer look, use less product and blend lightly. For more colour and definition, apply multiple layers with the tapered applicator.
