How to use:
Before you start each period, you must boil the Yuuki Soft 1 menstrual cup in water for 10 minutes. Always insert and remove with clean hands, following the instructions on the included leaflet. The cup will usually need to be emptied every 4-8 hours, depending on the strength of your period.

You can disinfect the cup after use with the container included. Place the menstrual cup into the container, into which you’ll then pour clean water (the cup should float). Put into the microwave and adjust the power so that the water inside the container starts to boil. Generally, that means selecting the medium power level. When removing the container from the microwave, be careful not to scald yourself.
