About the brand Dermacol

Czech beauty with a touch of Hollywood: that's Dermacol. For decades it's been a synonym for beauty that's accessible to all women. Dermacol offers a broad range of decorative and caring cosmetic products that combine perfect coverage, delicate fragrances and effective natural ingredients. From its legendary makeup cover to nourishing creams, the brand transforms everyday skincare into moments of joy. Dermacol doesn't just decorate – it pampers, and is created with love for detail and respect for every woman.

The brand's history harks back to Barrandov Film Studios, where in the 1960s dermatologists joined forces with makeup artists to create exceptional makeup cover for both routine and film-related use. Makeup Cover soon made it all the way to Hollywood, and became a true icon. During the 1990s the brand was acquired by Vladimír Komár and his wife Věra Komárová, and began a new era as a proud Czech family business. Production was moved to Brno, where today it employs more than 200 people.

Popular products include Dermacol Makeup Cover and Infinity makeup. Today, Dermacol is available in more than 60 countries around the world and the brand is still growing, with the recent addition of a men's line. Certified quality, hypoallergenic ingredients and the use of natural extracts like seaweed, chestnut or Swiss chard – these are the key characteristics of Dermacol products. Whether you're after the legendary silver screen make-up or an everyday beauty ritual, this Czech cosmetics brand with a touch of international flair will not disappoint you.
