How to use:
Pull one end of the GymBeam X-Grip exercise grip through the eye, forming a loop. Fasten that loop around your wrist such that its padding rests on the back of your hand. Wrap the other end with the anti-slip surface once or several times around the weight. Finally, secure the free end; to do so, press on it at the same time as the weight.
