How to use:
First, fill the Lansinoh Birth Post-Birth Wash Bottle shower with warm water. Next, screw the lid on firmly and extend the nozzle. Once sat on the toilet, turn the bottle upside down and point the tip at your perineum. Squeeze the bottle to release a gentle flow of water, repeating as needed until the perineal area is clean.
Disassemble the shower after each use, clean and rinse with soapy water. Leave to dry before storing.
