Vitamin C Ester is a patented ingredient developed by Dr Nicholas Perricone.
It is a stronger, highly stable and less abrasive form of antioxidant vitamin C which gives the skin a collagen-rich appearance, smooths it, brightens it and minimises discolouration.

Ester vitamin C is created by mixing L-ascorbic and palmitic acid – fatty acids derived from palm oil. This means that it dissolves in fat and not in water, so it can penetrate below the skin’s surface.
Independent studies show that Ester Vitamin C is absorbed more quickly and up to 7 times more of the active ingredient reaches the deeper layers of our skin when compared to L-ascorbic acid alone.
