How to apply:
With the Catrice Kohl Kajal Waterproof pencil, draw a line that mimics the lash line of the upper or lower eyelid. Start at the inner corner of the eye and work your way outward. The pencil can also be used to create expressive smokey eyes: simply draw a line on the upper eyelid close to the lash line and another along the waterline on the lower eyelid and then blend.
