NeoStrata Skin Acitve soap-free cleansing gel is so gentle that it’s perfect even for very sensitive skin. While it doesn’t lather up very much on contact with water, it thoroughly removes all impurities including residual makeup. The formula even features gentle PHA acids that make your skin perfectly smooth without causing dryness or irritation.
