Define your eyebrows
To achieve maximum lift, it’s important to define the highest point of your brow slightly above its natural arch. Using an eyebrow pencil, start at the base and continue towards the highest point. Then brush your brow hairs upwards using a gel for more definition and lift.
Prep and prime
Primer is key when it comes to long-lasting eyeshadow looks. After applying primer, use a brush to apply a shade in the colour of your skin across the entire eyelid. This will mattify the lid and ensure smooth application of other eyeshadow shades.
Apply eyeshadow
Use a soft matt shadow to highlight the outer triangle; this will highlight the outer corner of the eye. Then apply a more pigmented shade in a diagonal along the curved part of your lid, bringing it towards your temple.
Accentuate the outer corners
Choose a slightly darker shade to accentuate the outer corner of the eye and the eyelid. For a visibly lifted effect, it's important to blend the shadow along the curved part of your eyelid towards your temple.
Dramatic moments
Choose a dark shade and apply it using a precise eyeshadow brush for intense definition. Once again, blend the shadow along the curved part of your lid towards your temple.
The perfect wing
To complete your fox eye makeup look, line your eyes using an eye pencil. Use it to accentuate the eye, then blend it out slightly to soften the look. For a visibly lifted eye, define the upper and lower lash line and connect the two at the inner corner of the eye.
Highlighting
Finish off your at-home lifting procedure using concealer to highlight the eye area.
Apply mascara
To accentuate your fox eye look, use mascara to define the upper lashes. Use a light hand on your lower lashes for a more subtle effect. Use two mascaras, one for precise application and the other for intense lengthening of the outer lashes.
