Getting out of your comfort zone sounds a little scary to most of us. But let's face it – when we grit our teeth and muster up the courage, it always feels great in the end. Will you challenge yourself with us and try something new each and every day?

Why Think Outside the Box?

Life begins where your comfort zone ends, says writer Neale Donald Walsch. But we rarely go to its borders (or beyond them). Let’s change that! A great reward awaits you for this:

  • you will build up your self-confidence (who says you can't draw or dance?),
  • you will meet new people (and maybe this will lead to life-long love or friendship),
  • new skills contribute to brain and memory training,
  • you will strengthen your mental well-being and banish stress,
  • you will boost your creativity and problem-solving skills,
  • and new knowledge will advance you in your career and personal life.

You can't go wrong trying new things. You always learn something, even if it's just that the road doesn't lead this way for you. Ready?

Monday: Shake It Up!

Have you been admiring acroyoga or running photos on your friends' Instagram for quite some time? What if you became the main actor in these great performances for once? You don't have to immediately subscribe to lessons for six months or train for a marathon; the point is simply to have fun and try something new. A dance lesson, a martial arts lesson or even that run you've been trying to conquer for a few years counts! And don't forget a drinking regimen and quality food supplements for athletes!

Tuesday: Focused on Hair

We know – you've been flirting with trendy curtain bangs or copper highlights for a few months now, but you lack the courage. An old trick will help here. Tell yourself the worst that could happen. Just letting your hair grow back to its original length and returning to the same colour as before. Important info: wild experiments are not necessary. Feel free to just start with hair toning shampoo, or try curling your straight "hair" with a curling iron. And next Tuesday, be braver!

Wednesday: New Makeup, New Me

I'll tell you something – for a long time, I was sure that lipsticks didn’t suit me. Especially red or brown shades. Then I gave them another chance, and now not only do I almost never leave the house without lipstick, but I enjoy the ever more diverse range of shades!

Let the colours into your beauty bag

And none of this would have happened if I hadn't decided to try and test. So say goodbye to your makeup favourites for a while (don't worry, you can always get back together again) and find new colours, eye liners and eye shadows, new lipstick textures and shades, and even trade in your red nail polish for something with a little more guts. For example, green or glitter.

Thursday: a Fragrant Cloud

If you have a signature perfume, congratulations. It can take a while to find. But there are so many fish in the perfume sea that it's a bit of a shame to stick to just one, isn't it? Just try at least smelling a new bottle – a little flirting won't hurt. And here's a hint for where to hunt: this year, vanilla perfumescitrus scents, and tobacco notes are especially trendy, and it's also the right time to finally give unisex perfumes a chance, as they are celebrating a spectacular comeback.

Friday: a Slightly Hotter Night

It doesn't matter if you have a partner or are just enjoying the single life. Manufacturers of sex toys are still competing to make our lives spicier and more satisfying, and we can't ignore that. So put your shyness aside (that's part of trying new things, too) and look around for a toy that might work in the bedroom (or any other room). Thanks to the anonymity of online shopping, even shy people can do it!

For your hot Friday night

Saturday: an Experience for the Taste Buds

Porridge for breakfast, bread for dinner, and the same five dishes that you rotate for weekend lunches. This boredom from the kitchen needs to be aired out. So take a look on social media for some new recipes or buy ingredients you've never tried before (how about tahini paste or cognac pasta?). This will force you to try something new! You can also participate in various challenges and cook fantastic veggie food or spark your creativity and make use of all the leftovers from the fridge. Or finally begin eating a genuinely healthy diet.

Sunday: Time for Some New Pampering

Tired from a busy week? So end it pleasantly – with a new beauty ritual. Feel free to leave it to someone else, and head to the salon to try professional microneedling or eyebrow lamination. Or bring a bit of innovation into your bathroom with modern technologies that will make your regular hair care more effective. How about an electric skin cleansing brushan ultrasonic spatula or light therapy?

Technology for every bathroom

They say that in life we regret the things we didn't do more than the things we did (and maybe we really didn't do them right). So think about it and give new things a chance. Every day! You will see that you’ll finally start to feel that you are alive!
