Why Think Outside the Box?
Life begins where your comfort zone ends, says writer Neale Donald Walsch. But we rarely go to its borders (or beyond them). Let’s change that! A great reward awaits you for this:
- you will build up your self-confidence (who says you can't draw or dance?),
- you will meet new people (and maybe this will lead to life-long love or friendship),
- new skills contribute to brain and memory training,
- you will strengthen your mental well-being and banish stress,
- you will boost your creativity and problem-solving skills,
- and new knowledge will advance you in your career and personal life.
You can't go wrong trying new things. You always learn something, even if it's just that the road doesn't lead this way for you. Ready?
Monday: Shake It Up!
Have you been admiring acroyoga or running photos on your friends' Instagram for quite some time? What if you became the main actor in these great performances for once? You don't have to immediately subscribe to lessons for six months or train for a marathon; the point is simply to have fun and try something new. A dance lesson, a martial arts lesson or even that run you've been trying to conquer for a few years counts! And don't forget a drinking regimen and quality food supplements for athletes!
Tuesday: Focused on Hair
We know – you've been flirting with trendy curtain bangs or copper highlights for a few months now, but you lack the courage. An old trick will help here. Tell yourself the worst that could happen. Just letting your hair grow back to its original length and returning to the same colour as before. Important info: wild experiments are not necessary. Feel free to just start with hair toning shampoo, or try curling your straight "hair" with a curling iron. And next Tuesday, be braver!
Wednesday: New Makeup, New Me
I'll tell you something – for a long time, I was sure that lipsticks didn’t suit me. Especially red or brown shades. Then I gave them another chance, and now not only do I almost never leave the house without lipstick, but I enjoy the ever more diverse range of shades!
