When you want to escape from the pressure of a long day and at the same time proactively take care of your state of mind, try an aromatherapy bath. Long, fragrant, with soft music? There is nothing better!

When it comes to oil, purely natural

If we're talking about aromatherapy, you can of course reach for a scented bath foam, but let's take a more sophisticated route this time and learn a bit about the real aromatherapy full of essential oils. It is important to choose purely natural (not synthetic) essential oils. When you smell them, they must make absolute sense to you immediately. It's important to go with your intuition and choose one or two. That's plenty. 

Simple process, great results 

Prepare 100 ml of milk and add a maximum of 10 drops of your chosen oil or oils.  They can't mix in water on their own, but the milk will help them dissolve and work. After your bath, take your time and forget about drying off. Just lightly pat yourself dry and let the effects of the oil subside. Among other things, you don't have to worry about any moisturising and you leave a pleasantly soft, fragrant film on your skin.
