How to use:
to line your eyes, dip your brush in pigment (e.g. a pot of gel eyeliner), place it close to the lash line and draw a continuous line all the way to the outer corner. To fill in your eyebrows, apply a sufficient amount of pigmented wax or eyeshadow to your brush and draw short hair-like strokes.
