Ingredients:

How to apply:
Using your fingertips or a spatula, scoop out an almond-sized amount of the balm and rub it between your fingers. Once the balm has dissolved, massage it into dry skin using circular motions, targeting areas with more makeup. Then rinse the balm off with warm water and gently pat your skin dry.
