Iconic La Vie Est Belle in an innovative - refillable bottle

A symbol of happiness and freedom in the form of a fragrance - such is the now iconic Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum for women. In the spirit of the challenge "make tomorrow beautiful", its bottle was redesigned in 2022 to be refillable. Spread joy with a luxurious fragrance with a sustainable approach.

Composition of the fragrance:
In the beginning, you will be enchanted by the juicy essences of blackcurrant and sweet pear. The middle note of the fragrance is a rare iris, sustainably sourced from France, with notes of jasmine and orange blossom. The base notes of the fragrance are made up of sweetly warming tonka bean, delicate praline, gourmand vanilla and exotic patchouli that has been sustainably sourced in Bali.

Story of the fragrance:
La Vie Est Belle represents the choice to live your life on your own terms, to freely choose your own path to happiness and not be bound by society's expectations. It was created by three French master perfumers, led by Dominique Ropion.

The bottle of this fragrance depicts a smile with its sharp crystal lines and is a rework of the original 1949 version. As of 2022, you can refill it. Purchasing a refill instead of a new bottle will create 50% less glass, 46% less cardboard and 46% less plastic waste (three classic 50ml bottles vs. one 50ml bottle and a 100ml refill).
