Composition of the fragrance:
The fragrance opens with citrusy bergamot combined with Sichuan pepper. Soon after, notes of rum take over, accompanied by wild fig and carrot seeds. The notes of sweet, warm tonka bean and cashmere wood unfold in the background, lingering on the skin for hours on end.
Story of the fragrance:
BYREDO Eleventh Hour is based on the story of the Swiss adventurer Ella Maillart. In 1951, she was one of the few Westerners to travel to Nepal, the birthplace of Buddha. “I wanted to travel until there was nothing left to explore. Today, I know that life is a journey that will bring you to the end of the world, a return to the harmony we have lost.” Those are the words of Ella M., reflected in the composition of this Eau de Parfum.
