How to use:
Download the FOREO For You app and sync your FOREO Bear™ with the app. Apply a thin layer of the serum to a clean face and/or neck area. Press the button to switch the device on.

Quickly press the button to set the microcurrent intensity, once for each level, and press the T-Sonic™ button twice to turn it off. You can access other options via the app.

Lightly press the two metal balls against the skin and, with light pressure, slowly move the device upward over the cheekbones and forehead, around the lips, and across the jawline and neck as needed.

When finished, hold down the universal button for three seconds to turn the device off. Then either pat the remaining serum into your skin or rinse and pat your face dry.
