In addition, regular massage of the affected areas has a preventive effect and helps to prevent the onset or spread of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Method of use: 
The product is intended for topical application and massage of the wrist, hand and forearm. Apply an appropriate amount to the skin and massage into the skin of the wrist and inside of the forearm with circular movements. Use 2 times a day or at any time during the day depending on the intensity of the discomfort, up to a maximum of 5 times a day.
