Does an electronic voucher cover the delivery costs?
No, you cannot use a voucher to pay for delivery.
Can the gift voucher be “re-charged” and used multiple times?
No. The gift voucher can only be used once.
What happens when I use an electronic voucher for an order whose value is lower than the value of the voucher?
The voucher can be used only once. This means that you’ll lose the difference between the value of the voucher and the value of your order. We therefore recommend adding another product to your order to fully benefit from the voucher.
Can a gift voucher be redeemed in another country?
No. You can only use it in our online shop of the country where the voucher was purchased. For instance, a gift voucher bought on notino.co.uk can only be used on notino.co.uk.
