How to use:
Pour the required amount of nutritional supplement or protein, creatine or pre-training powder into the Smartshake Original2GO sports shaker. Then add water, milk, juice or fruit nectar, close well and shake until the powder dissolves. Use the container to store and transport nutritional supplements.

After use, simply rinse the shaker (and the container, if necessary) with warm water and leave it to dry. This shaker is compatible with dishwashers, microwave ovens and refrigerators.
