If you were to imagine your ideal Sunday, what would it look like? Mine would be like this. Lunch with the family, quickly followed by them going on a trip. And a whole afternoon to myself. I put on a relaxing movie and clean my face. And then?
Thank God for Sundays! You don't stop during the working week, you spend Saturday with family or friends, so why not have Sunday all to yourself? And if not all of it, at least give yourself an hour of self-care and be inspired by my relaxing skincare tutorial!

Whether you are wearing makeup or not, you need to clean your skin thoroughly. If you are removing makeup use a makeup remover oil or makeup remover balm followed by a gel cleanser or makeup remover lotion.
I don't pay any attention to my eye area during the week. That is why I try to save the situation with an eye mask on Sundays. I love the gel under eye patches full of hydrating, brightening and smoothing ingredients. You can see the results in minutes. And most importantly, work the leftover mask properly into your skin afterwards. So not a drop goes to waste.
Now take a good look at yourself in the mirror and decide what you need. Two million in the bank and a diamond ring? Yes, I do! Unfortunately, we can't solve that in 15 minutes, but the condition of your skin we can. Choose a suitable face mask and apply it to your face. Remember that you shouldn't leave a clay mask or exfoliating face mask on for longer than the time specified on the packaging. It could leave a dried, reddened mess on your face.
Whatever your skincare goal may be, a hydrating mist or face toner is always a good idea. An extra dose of active ingredients will pay off. If your toner doesn't come in spray form, apply a few drops to your palms and massage it into your face.
We are approaching the finish line which means its time for face cream which nicely covers all the elixirs. They can get the job done so you can start the next working week looking bright and refreshed. If your time to yourself takes place during the afternoon, you can use the toner or essence again in the evening and add a night cream. Just pamper yourself!
A little Sunday self-care time is definitely worth it. Not only will you slow down and focus on yourself, but most importantly, you'll look great. And you won't be distracted during the week. Tried and tested!
