- freezer boxes - special boxes that are suitable for storing food in the freezer, such as fruit you pick yourself in the garden
- flour jars (flour containers) and other containers for loose foodstuffs
Food tip: Immediately transfer any flour and other loose foods from their original packaging into a food container. Why? These raw materials can harbour pests (e.g. food moths) and, thanks to the containers, you don't have to worry about contamination of other food stored in the same place.

So-called "meal-preps" are not just for the fitness community and you don't have to just prepare snacks for the kids. Preparing meals ahead of time like this can save everyone time, energy and money. You cook one meal in a large quantity, divide it into several portions and then store them in boxes in the fridge. Once it's their time to go, you place it in your bag and pull it out at work without worrying about spilling the contents of the box. Ready-made food "without the work"!
